Rules of the Club – Upland Game Hunting

  • Hunting is by reservation only, any cancellation must be 24 hours in advance
  • All members must check-in at the club house to receive their assigned hunting area
  • Any wounded birds will be considered shot and added to the daily bag
  • Hunters, please stay in assigned areas
  • Dogs are not allowed to run freely around the club house area
  • No driving of vehicles off the main roads
  • If gates are shut when you enter your hunting area please shut them behind you
  • There is a 3 bird minimum per hunter per hunt
  • No birds will be cleaned in the field or in the vicinity of the club house
  • Members are responsible to ensure guests follow the rules of the club
  • Please pickup discarded shotgun shells
  • No hunting outside club boundaries
  • No shooting after legal shooting hours
  • No taking of game on the ground or from vehicles
  • Hunters Safety course is recommended and hunters must be of legal age
  • All members must check out and receive a receipt before leaving club.
  • Safety is of utmost importance give plenty of space and be courteous to other members.
  • All members and guest are expected to know and obey the State of Utah’s rules and regulations
  • Anyone who shoots a guide dog will pay $1,000 regardless of injury, plus veterinary fee
  • Member must shoot all birds during the season that the birds were purchased.  Absolutely no carry-over into the next season
